UFI has its manufacturing plants pan India. You will find 3 high functioning units in Mahad (Maharashtra), 2 plants in Haridwar (Uttarakhand), and 1 plant in Musalipedu (Andhra Pradesh). The plants are well equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and hard-working, talented employees.

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

With our combined plant size of over 50,000 square meters, we have advanced machinery and ERP systems along with well-equipped R&D facilities that make our organization stand out amongst competitors. Our facilities include PVC calendering & extrusion lines, coating & lamination lines, printing lines, needle loom line, and polyurethane foaming line to name a few.

With manufacturing units pan India, we aim to provide high-quality products with multifarious uses.The products we specialize in manufacturing are non-woven carpets & headliner fabrics, supported & unsupported PVC products such as films, sheeting & flooring, coated fabrics, PU foams, memory foams, NVH insulation products, geotextile fabrics, and synthetic leather to name a few.

HARIDWAR

HARIDWAR
LOCATION: SIDCUL
AREA: 25,000 SQ. FT.
ESTABLISHED IN: 2015
Established in 2015, we have a manufacturing unit in the holy land of gods, Haridwar, Sidcul. The unit compromises a highly advanced needle loom line, PU foam manufacturing line, and a range of cutting-edge equipment for smooth production. The plant occupies 25,000 sq. ft of industrial land and undertakes the production of molded pu foam and carpets.

MAHAD

MAHAD (D47-49)
LOCATION: MIDC
AREA: 1,00,000 SQ. FT.
ESTABLISHED IN: 2013, 2016 & 2018
Our first manufacturing unit was established in 2012 in Mahad, MIDC. There are now 3 high functioning, technologically advanced, and well-equipped units in Mahad established in 2012, 2016, and 2018 respectively. The 3 units are spread across 1,00,000 sq. feet of industrial land and contribute to the manufacturing of non-woven fabrics, carpets, flexible foam, coated fabrics, and other technical textiles. The unit has a team of skilled professionals that make sure all manufacturing processes are in place and are engaged in new product developments.

TIRUPATI

TIRUPATI
LOCATION: YERPEDU
AREA: 50,000 SQ. FT.
ESTABLISHED IN: 2022
Our very new and largest unit, established in 2022 is based in Tirupati, Yerpedu. The manufacturing unit has a state-of-the-art PVC calendering line, coating & lamination machine, and, Rotogravure Printing Machine. The plant is spread across 50,000 sq. ft. of land and specializes in the production of unsupported PVC and synthetic leather.
